- Return or Exchange
- Please note that the actual colors of the product may differ slightly from the picture due to lighting or your device display.
- Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items can only be returned/exchanged if the received product is damaged or the wrong article is delivered.
- If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must do so within 48 hours of receiving it.
- The customer is responsible for all return courier charges, including customs duties.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags attached.
- To initiate a return or exchange, follow the steps below:
1. Take a picture of the defective part of the item, pack the item in its original packaging, send the picture and issue description to us via WhatsApp at 0301- 869 0637, and we will provide you with the return address.
- REFUNDS
1. Refunds will be subject to courier or service charges, and the customer will bear any payment transaction charges.
2. Once we receive the returned package, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
3. Bank transfers may take an additional 5-7 business days to be credited to your account.
